Technical Services Support Contract for FHWA’s Long Term Bridge Performance (LTBP) Program

Amendment 003 is to provide additional responses to Q&A, a revised RFP (both clean and redline versions), and a revised Attachment J.1.  Additionally, the proposal due date is extended.

This is a Solicitation (RFP) for a competitive procurement.

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement entitled, “Technical Services Support Contract for FHWA’s Long Term Bridge Performance (LTBP) Program.” The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement entitled, “Technical Services Support Contract for FHWA’s Long Term Bridge Performance (LTBP) Program.” The Contractor(s) shall conduct non-personal technical and professional engineering services in support of the FHWA mission and activities, as needed on a Task Order basis. The Government anticipates a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinity Quantity (IDIQ) contract to be awarded for these services with an anticipated ordering period of 60 months. The NAICS code is 541715 - Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology). Task Orders will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), T-and-Materials (T&M) or a hybrid of these types.
