FRANKFURT, GERMANY - MAINTENANCE OF BOILER SYSTEM

The American Consulate General, Frankfurt is looking for interested and qualified companies for the Request for Proposal (RFP) SGE50015R0098 for: PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE BOILER SYSTEMS OF THE AMERICAN CONSULATE GENERAL FRANKFURT, GERMANY The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue a Requirements contract in the third quarter of calendar year 2015. This contract shall be for one base year and four separate option years. Work shall be performed on various systems including boilers, burners, softening systems, pump stations and water flow controls / filters (Viessmann / Weishaupt, JUDO, Wilo, Buderus, Gruenbeck) all of which have been professionally maintained to this date. Qualifications required include that firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits, licenses and knowledge of the machinery to be maintained. NOTE: Registration in the US System for Award Management (SAM) database is mandatory to be considered for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at the help tab of https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
