The PWS did not mention bariatric (heavy duty) wheelchairs. Will the Contractor be notified in advance of any patients requiring bariatric wheelchairs to ensure availability of bariatric lap belts and extension belts? Yes, the contractor will be notified of bariatric patients. In the event of a significant and unexpected price increase in the cost of doing business (e.g. fuel increases to $5.00/gal), can the contractor expect that a supplemental cost invoice will be honored?
