MCRDPI Boat Maintenance Contract

The Department of Defense has issued solicitation M0026326QD018 for the maintenance of range clearance vessels, motors, and trailers at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island (MCRDPI) in South Carolina. Qualified mechanics are required to perform preventative maintenance and diagnostic services on specific inventory, including two 20-foot Metal Shark Relentless patrol boats with Suzuki engines, two 22-foot SeaArk Roustabout patrol boats with Mercury engines, and four trailers manufactured by EZ Loader and the Charleston Trailer Company. All services must meet original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications to support the Weapons and Field Training Battalion (WFTBN).

The contractor is responsible for providing all tools and parts necessary for routine scheduled maintenance, such as oil, lubricants, gaskets, filters, hoses, and marine-grade anti-seize hardware. This requirement is categorized under NAICS 811490 for Other Personal and Household Goods Repair and Maintenance and PSC J019 for the maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of equipment related to ships, small craft, pontoons, and floating docks. The solicitation includes a Small Business Administration (SBA) set-aside.
