Under this solicitation, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is hereby issued and is identified under solicitation number 15M50023QA4400001. All responsible sources may submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote in response to this RFQ. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) resulting from this contract to the company who submits the offer that represent the best value to the Government (Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price).
The contract will be for a base period of 12 months from 1 February 2023 – 31 January 2024 with four (4) additional 12 month option periods. FAR 52.217-8 “Option to Extend Services” will be incorporated to the solicitation/contract and may be exercised at the Contracting Officer discretion (end of option year four). The multiple year contract shall not exceed a total contract length including options of 66 months.
FAR clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. Offerors must submit representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Producst and Commercial Services.
