The associated NAICS code for this equipment is 334516. The vendor, Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC, is a large business, located at 215 Stanford Pkwy, Findlay, OH 45840. Description of equipment requirements: Purelab WaterOne Water Treatment/Purification System. This system is the only one capable of the water purity required to conduct testing by the facility s Anatomic Pathology Department. A firm fixed price contract with four (4) option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This is not a Request for Proposal; this is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source a requirement.
