The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is soliciting proposals under solicitation N0002423R6316 to establish Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity - Multiple Award Contracts (IDIQ-MAC) for the Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) Family of Systems (FoS) On-Ramp.
