DFC Direct Equity Consultant Services

The United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Office of Acquisition issued solicitation 77344423Q0019 to procure direct equity consultant services. The agency requires multiple vendors to conduct due diligence assessments within emerging markets across Latin America, Africa, Asia, Central/Eastern Europe, and other DFC-eligible regions. The government intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to responsible vendors whose quotes are determined most advantageous according to the evaluation factors. The IDIQ ordering period will span five years from the date of award, with individual task orders issued on either a firm-fixed-price or labor-hour basis. This procurement is conducted following procedures for the acquisition of commercial products and services as well as simplified acquisition procedures.
