RFP#N00189-13-R-Z060 was previously issued for model and simulation services to include systems engineering, model development and research, model modification and improvements, and model testing, transition, and demonstration in support of The Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), Assessments Division (N81). The models support OPNAV in the areas of warfighting, manpower, and fleet readiness. The following contracts were awarded as a result of that solicitation: N00189-14-D-Z003 was awarded to Delta Resources, Inc. (Delta) in the amount of $31,899,408.06. N00189-14-D-Z004 was awarded to Group W, Inc. (Group W) in the amount of $42,860,148.48. N00189-14-D-Z005 was awarded to Metron Scientific Solutions, Inc. (Metron) in the amount of $35,864,272.63. N00189-14-D-Z006 was awarded to Serco, Inc. (Serco) in the amount of $34,711,354.33. N00189-14-D-Z007 was awarded to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) in the amount of $43,042,246.12. The ordering period for the Multiple Award Contracts program is 1 December 2013-30 November 2016. The total estimated level of effort for the ordering period is 362,400 hours. The multiple awards are cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contracts that allow for both CPFF and firm, fixed price (FFP) orders.
