Work covered by this agreement and respective task orders against this agreement shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, operators, supervision/site superintendent, supplies and materials necessary to perform hazard tree and limb removal in accordance with the specifications contained herein and in accordance with the approved work plan and task orders issued against this agreement. Furthermore, the work will consist of cutting hazard trees and limbs and removing them from Government property unless otherwise stated by the Corps in the SOW/RFP/TO.
