GSA will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2024 Star of Life Ambulances in accordance with Federal Vehicle Standards KKK-A-1822F to meet this requirement. GSA Vehicle Purchasing acquires an estimated 50,000 new model year, non-tactical vehicles for Federal Agencies and the Department of Defense (DoD) annually. Prospective offerors must meet the minimum requirements as cited in 2024 Federal Vehicle Standards KKK-A-1822F. The Federal Vehicle Standards are available at http://vehiclestd.fas.gsa.gov/. The contract type contemplated is a multiple-award Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) contract. The anticipated period of performance is sixty (60) months. It is not anticipated this acquisition will be Set-Aside for Small Business concerns, however all qualified Small Business concerns will be encouraged to submit offers. This acquisition will be classified under NAICS code 336211 Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standards can be found at https://www.sba.gov/document/support--table-size-standards. Anticipated Evaluation Factors are Price, Technical Capability, and Management Capability, with a lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) award method. Prospective Offerors: 1. Prospective offerors are required to obtain a username/password and indicate interested makes/models for GSAs secure online proposal application (AutoBid) prior to issuance of this solicitation.
