Sheppard AFB Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirements (SABER)

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor for the Sheppard AFB Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) program under solicitation number FA302025R0005. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to manage and execute specific tasks. The terms require the contractor to maintain a management office at Sheppard Air Force Base to oversee all general operations associated with the contract.

Individual construction projects will be awarded through task orders issued against the basic contract. For each project, the Contracting Officer will issue a Request for Proposal detailing the specific requirements. Following a review of the contractor’s proposal and subsequent negotiations, the government will award the individual task order.
