S--CUSTODIAL, INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AND MEDICAL WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES AT CFA CHINHAE, KOREA

1. This acquisition will be solicited full and open. Offerors shall comply with local laws to conduct business in Korea. 2. This procurement shall utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Procedures issuing one solicitation with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), and Indefinite- Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) combination contract for facility related services contract for the project entitled Custodial, Integrated Solid Waste Management and Medical Waste Disposal Facility Support Contract (FSC) at COMFLEACT Chinhae?. 3. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services at Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae, South Korea combination FFP and IDIQ. The Contractor shall provide experienced, qualified, and capable personnel to perform the work in this contract. Personnel shall be fully knowledgeable of all safety and environmental requirements associated with the work they perform. Competent personnel shall be provided as required. Personnel shall speak, read, and comprehend English and/or Korean to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures. 4. The project is comprised of 12-month basic award and four (4) 12-month options. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, provides the lowest price technically acceptable proposal based on the evaluation factors including Corporate Experience, Safety, Past Performance, and Price. 6. It is the bidders/offerors responsibility to check this site daily in order to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. 7. The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 November 2014. Proposals will be due on or about 20 December 2014 at NAVFAC FE FEAD Chinhae, Korea at the time specified in the solicitation. 8.
