The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 62 spare parts in Federal Supply Classes (FSC) 2040 and used on theLanding Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) skirting system. The solicitation will be for a total of five years, which includes a three-year base period and two one-year option periods, which will be extended in one-year increments at the discretion of the Government. Multiple awards are anticipated. Applicable NAICS is 333510 and Small Business Size Standard is 750. Solicitation willbe unrestricted with other than full and open competition.DLA does not possess adequate data, lacks rights to data, and/or has no record of an alternate Design Control Activity approved sources; therefore, technical data is not available and cannot be developed to permit full and open competition.
