Wallops Range Contract (WRC)

Update #5: It is anticipated that the Final RFP will be released no later than Mid-October 2023. Update #4: Corrected a typo in Update #3. In addition, it is unknown at this time when the Final RFP will be released pending a potential Government shutdown. If the Government does not shutdown on 10/1/23, an update will be posted on Final RFP release status as soon as possible. If the Government does shutdown, an update will be provided when it reopens. Update #3: Previous formatting with the revised draft RFPSOW has been corrected. A revised version is uploaded. Update #2: The revised draft RFP Statement of Work uploaded yesterday had formatting errors. A revised version is uploaded. Update #1: The revised draft RFP Statement of Work is uploaded. The eLibrary will be updated shortly with pertinent documents. The purpose of this notice is to update industry on the new anticipated release date of the WRC Final RFP. At this time, it is anticipated that the Final RFP will be released in Mid-to-Late September 2023. NASA/GSFC/WFF is anticipating potential changes to the WRC requirements and is undertaking additional reviews/approvals. The potential changes to the WRC SOW requirements that may be incorporated into the Final RFP are as follows: Ground Operations support - Potentially added to the CORE section of the contract to facilitate needed support to maintenance of WFF equipment. Ground Operations support Potentially added to IDIQ section of the contract to facilitate support to launch operations. Chemical Laboratory support Potentially added to the CORE and IDIQ sections of the contract to facilitate maintenance and launch support chemical testing. Project Pre-formulation support Potentially added to the CORE section of the contract to facilitate support in requirements refinement with new customers.
