NSN: 9140-01-456-2020 (Electricity and Ancillary Services) NAICS Code: 221112 (Other Electric Power Generation) The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) has issued solicitation SPE60422R0406 on or near (07/05/2022) for the supply of electricity and any ancillary services to be delivered to various military and federal civilian installations located in the PJM Regional Transmission Organizations market area. The Government is soliciting offers for a 24-month delivery period (beginning with meter read occurring in the month of December 2022 through the meter read occurring in the month of December 2024) for all accounts located in the District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania with an estimated quantity of 4,877,387,127kWhs. The contract awarded will be Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type and Fixed-Price Requirements Type contract utilizing Locational Marginal Price. The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Proposal. Additional requirements may be added by amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
