W--Licensing of Motion Pictures

The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department of the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate on an unrestricted basis, Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contracts for the licensing of motion pictures with the parties holding copyrights to such films. The purpose of the resultant contract is to allow the Navy Motion Picture Service to acquire public exhibition rights to motion picture entertainment for use within the military framework. Formats to be provided will include 35mm film and other media, as mutually agreed upon, within each task order of the resultant contract. It is anticipated that the contract will contain a base period of performance of twelve months (commencing 1 October 2009) plus one (1) twelve month option period. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 512120; size standard $25M.
