This new requirement involves the full renovation of the men’s, women’s, and Organizational Maintenance Shop latrines at facility WV005. The government is utilizing this sources sought notice to determine the availability of small and large businesses capable of performing the work under NAICS code 236220 Commercial and Industrial Building Construction, which carries a small business size standard of $45 million.

The project is identified by solicitation number W15QKN26Q92498 and includes three attachments: a draft statement of work, an enlarged toilet plan with elevations, and an OMS floor plan.
