NGA Police Vehicle Upfits

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) issued this pre-solicitation notice, identified by solicitation number PRESOL04022026, for the Office of Force Protection police vehicle upfits. The agency intends to award up to three Basic Ordering Agreements to provide upfitting services for operations vehicles, Tactical Response Team vehicles, and K9 vehicles. These services will support agency sites in Springfield, Virginia, and St. Louis, Missouri.

Contractors must provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, supplies, components, equipment, and management necessary to complete the work at the contractor’s own facilities. For the Springfield location, the contractor is responsible for transporting vehicles located more than 100 miles from their facility. For the St. Louis location, transportation is required for vehicles more than 50 miles from the contractor’s facility. One attachment, a Statement of Need, was published with the notice on April 2, 2026.

This requirement is a full and open competition classified under NAICS code 811121, Automotive Body, Paint, and Interior Repair and Maintenance, and PSC J023, Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Ground Effect Vehicles, Motor Vehicles, Trailers, and Cycles.
