G-Community-Based Outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Treatment Services in Detroit, MI The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. The contractor will provide services within a 10 mile radius of Detroit City Hall located at 2 Woodward Ave. Detroit, MI 48226, and must also be located within a half-mile radius from accessible public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on February 1, 2021 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on January 31, 2026.
