In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.503, entitled "Notification to Unsuccessful Offerors", this letter serves as the Contracting Officer's written notification to inform the general public that award for our Solicitation VA-241-10-RQ-0151 for Technical and Testing Services for VISN 1, has resulted in a multiple award contract.
