Stennis Space Center (SSC), Mississippi, the Johnson Space Center (JSC), Texas, and the White Sands Test Facility (WSTF), New Mexico (collectively referred to as Centers). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and details are included in the attached RFP. The RFP is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Subpart 15.1, and NASA FAR Supplement 1815.305. Any resulting award will be made in the form of a five (5)-year, single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. It is anticipated that only one award will be made for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Any award made from this RFP shall require the potential vendor to be certified within beta.SAM.gov and complete the Reps and Certs in beta.SAM.gov prior to award at www.beta.sam.gov. This action is issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561110 and $8.0M, respectively. FOB is destination. A Preproposal Conference will be held March 5, 2020 (See RFP Section 5.8 for details.) Questions in response to this RFP are due March 10, 2020, 4:00pm central time.
