Planned and Facility Maintenance (PM/FM) CONUS for 3 LCS Platforms

The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center, under the Department of the Navy, intends to issue a request for proposal for planned and facility maintenance services onboard three littoral combat ships: USS Milwaukee (LCS 5), USS Sioux City (LCS 11), and USS Wichita (LCS 13). This procurement, identified by solicitation number N4002720R0003, is anticipated to result in a single contract for all three vessels. Work is classified under NAICS 336611, Ship Building and Repairing, and PSC J998, Non-Nuclear Ship Repair (East).

The acquisition will be conducted on a full and open competition basis, though the Navy will solicit offers from providers capable of performing the work within the Mayport homeport area in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 7299A. The primary place of performance is Jacksonville, Florida.
