Shadow Excursion UBA Replacement Parts

Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has implemented the Shadow Excursion Underwater Breathing Apparatus (UBA) and require repair parts for maintenance of the Shadow Excursion UBA in support of military operations by the authorized Contractor. Chase Defense Partners has the specialized expertise to provide the required parts and is the only authorized parts distributer by James Fisher Defense (JFD) Limited, the OEM to provide the required parts within North America. No other vendor has been authorized to sell the required parts in the US. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders to Chase Defense Partners (CAGE CODE 1RZM1). The estimated minimum contract value is $4,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $249,000.00. The sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available. The Sole Source Justification (SSJ) will be posted under this special notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 339920, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This notice shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
