All Offerors MUST be registered in SAM.gov as a Small Business under NAICS code 624190 to be considered for award. NOTE: (RFO 52.204-7) In accordance with RFO 4.203, states prospective Offerors shall be registered in the Department of Defense "System for Award Management" (SAM) database at the time of submission of its offer. If your company is not registered in SAM you may do so by going to: http://www.sam.gov. You may be required to provide your company's unique entity identifier (UEI) issued by the GSA.
