SPQ for FSC 8020

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Heartland Supply Operations Center is establishing a Standing Price Quote (SPQ) with a duration not to exceed six months. This requirement covers nine National Stock Numbers (NSNs) within the Federal Supply Class 8020 for paint brushes, rollers, trays, and related items. These NSNs are part of the GSA Stock Program and will be included in a formal solicitation issued in the future. This Special Notice is classified under NAICS 339994, Broom, Brush, and Mop Manufacturing, and PSC 80. The solicitation is designated as an SBA Small Business Administration (SBA) set-aside.

Vendors must submit quotes on an FOB Destination basis to two GSA Depots. Evaluation will be based on which responsible vendor provides the most advantageous quote to the government, considering price and other factors. Responses are due by 3:00 PM Central Time on April 2, 2012, and may be submitted via email to Kathy L. Van Natta or via fax. The place of performance is Kansas City, MO, and the solicitation identifier is QSDM-B8-124520-I. One attachment, a document titled QSDM-B8-124520-I SPQ.doc, was issued with the notice on March 23, 2012.
