WET UTILITIES IDIQ JOB ORDER CONTRACT FOR NRDE COMMANDS AT THE NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY, WASHINGTON DC; NRL

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM) Washington, on behalf of the Department of the Navy, is soliciting proposals for a new Wet Utilities Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC). This requirement supports Naval Research and Development Establishment (NRDE) commands at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC, the Chesapeake Bay Detachment, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock in Maryland.
