View moreThe Property & Supply Department is responsible for keeping inventory on hand to meet the needs of medical staff along with administrative offices. The purpose of using the M-Systems software is to maintain a solid awareness of the facility’s needs. The software is especially useful in tracking supply usage and preventing waste due to ordering surplus items and having to dispose of them when they expire. M-System software is not only essential for Inventory Management but is instrumental in providing accurate information when reporting to Headquarters.
Morris System is mandated by IHS as the only vendor for this inventory management service. HHS has determined that Morris Systems is the only known source for this requirement.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, if any interested party, especially an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE). and Indian Small Business Economic (ISBEE), or small business, believes it can meet the Government’s needs, it may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quote for the Government to consider. The response and any other information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient details to allow NCI to determine if the party can perform the requirement.
