CENTAM Guardian26 Line Haul HND SLV "Subject to Availability of Fund"

The Department of the Army, through the Regional Contracting Office-Soto Cano, has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation under solicitation number W912QM26QA0050002 for line haul services supporting CENTAM Guardian 26. The contractor is required to provide all personnel, equipment, and non-personal services necessary to transport supplies, materials, and containers between Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, and multiple locations in El Salvador. Required equipment includes flatbeds, lowboys, removable goose necks, and 10K forklifts with extended forks. The scope includes coordinating entry passes for deployment and redeployment with JTF-B J-4 and performing agricultural cleaning procedures. This requirement is classified under NAICS 484121 for General Freight Trucking, Long-Distance, Truckload and PSC V112 for Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Transportation: Motor Freight.

The period of performance is scheduled from April 7, 2026, through May 15, 2026. The logistical operation involves transporting 14 containers from Honduras to Ilopango, El Salvador, for customs inspection and subsequent movement to training sites in La Union and Chalatenango. While in transit, containers must remain on their chassis. Responses to this solicitation are due by March 2, 2026. Performance will take place in Honduras and El Salvador under the supervision of a Contracting Officer’s Representative. This solicitation is issued subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18.
