The successful vendor will provide a commercial product that grants the government access to company-provided financial statements, publicly available financial information, industry comparison studies, credit history, and market analysis. These assessments are intended to lower the government’s risk of poor contract performance by evaluating a company’s ability to support current and future workloads and assessing the probability of liquidity or solvency issues.
