Battlefield Pain Management – Analgesic

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Research & Development Contracting Division 2, intends to issue a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) under solicitation number HT942726RE009. This requirement supports the Operational Medical Systems, Warfighter Protection and Acute Care Project Management Office in developing an analgesic product indicated for moderate to severe pain. The objective is to achieve Food and Drug Administration approval for products intended for use on the battlefield, at the point of injury, and during Tactical Combat Casualty Care or Prolonged Casualty Care.
