G--Emergency Residential Treatment and Transitional Housing Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16), intends to issue and award a sole source single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a performance period/ordering period of five (5) years to Sober Living, 4201 Barrow Road, Little Rock, AR 72204, for Emergency Residential Treatment and Transitional Housing Services (Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV)). It has been determined that soliciting from a single source is the best way to move forward with this requirement, due to Sober Living having an existing facility, it will cause medical hardship/patient safety concerns on the existing Veterans located in the catchment area of 72204 not to provide these services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(2) and FAR 13.5 (41 U.S.C. 1901). Soliciting from a single source would continue the level of quality of VA s critical mission in providing support to Veteran patients at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System located in Little Rock/North Little Rock, AR. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice.
