BACKGROUND
Fort Yuma Health Care Center (FYHCC) requires a comprehensive, web-based Strategic Quality Support System (SQSS) or equivalent accreditation and compliance management system to support Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) accreditation readiness and ongoing healthcare quality management activities.
The system must support the management, tracking, documentation, reporting, and monitoring of accreditation, compliance, quality assurance, risk management, credentialing, patient safety, emergency preparedness, and performance improvement activities.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
Interested vendors shall demonstrate the capability to provide a system that can:
• Track and document approximately 4,000–5,000 accreditation and compliance-related tasks;
• Provide automated reminders, alerts, and notifications for due, overdue, and non-compliant tasks;
• Generate compliance, accreditation readiness, and performance reports;
• Support assignment and reassignment of tasks by department, role, and responsible staff member;
• Provide centralized access to accreditation documentation, policies, procedures, and supporting records;
• Support monitoring, trending, dashboards, and corrective action tracking;
• Support healthcare quality management functions including credentialing, infection control, safety, compliance, patient satisfaction, peer review, continuing education, and related accreditation activities;

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The anticipated requirement consists of one (1) twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods.
