View moreService personnel must have a good working knowledge of the equipment and have complete access to the online and local access to Draeger Service Connect required to perform services and maintenance per the OEM specifications.
The Contractor shall provide for all replacements of worn and/or defective parts that contractor has determined have failed under proper use as necessary to restore the equipment to 100% operational condition as specified by the OEM.
Contractor shall furnish and install only OEM replacement parts or OEM recommended substitution/ modifications, as approved by the Medical Department as required ensuring proper and safe operation of the equipment. The Contractor shall provide technical assistance; install firmware/hardware/software updates as required by the manufacturer.
The period of performance for this contract is a base period and four option years.
