This sustainment program, running from FY26 to FY31, involves worldwide maintenance of fielded systems in their baseline configuration. The scope includes program management, helpdesk operations, spares and repair management, and systems engineering to address obsolescence. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541990, resulting in an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The government has set a four-year base ordering period with a six-month extension option. The contract ceiling is $13.6 million. Proposals will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process, focusing on transition planning, management, and staffing. Submissions are due by July 13, 2026. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside with a $13.6 million ceiling. Evaluation is based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process, with technical factors including transition, lightning detector replacement, and staffing. Performance is tied to a 96% Operational Availability (Ao) threshold and 98% inventory accuracy. The contractor manages the repair lifecycle for components and provides wholesale-level supply support. This includes shipping replacement parts within 24 hours for CONUS and 72 hours for OCONUS. The scope also covers system design changes and upgrades driven by obsolescence, managed through Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
