The Department of the Army, via the Alaska District, is soliciting proposals for solicitation W911KB25R0003 to provide Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) infrastructure at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. This Design-Bid-Build project supports 5th generation F-22 fighter aircraft by increasing fuel storage capacity from 150,000 gallons to 420,000 gallons.
