The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is procuring Agilent brand-specific scientific instruments through a total small business set-aside. This requirement includes 17 Gas Chromatograph (GC) systems and 16 Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS) mainframes, along with associated software and workstations. The procurement is limited to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized resellers capable of providing the specified Agilent configurations. Delivery and installation will take place at DEA facilities in California, Illinois, Texas, Florida, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Maryland. The contract will be awarded to the offeror providing the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability requires verification of the bidder's status as an authorized reseller and the ability to fulfill the entire requirement on an all-or-none basis.
