This announcement constitutesthe only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N6230621Q0051, as referenced above, is assigned to this procurement for tracking purposesonly and is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effectthrough the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective 12 July 2021 and DFARS Change Publication Notice20210709. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The smallbusiness size standard is 1,250 employees. The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO), Stennis Space Center, Mississippi has a requirement to procureup to twenty-seven (27) Model LMC-16 Data Acquisition (DAQ) Recorders, up to nineteen (19) XBT TestCanisters, and up to twenty-seven (27) BT-SV-CTD Test Devices. The Lockheed Martin Sippican (LMS), ModelLMC-16 DAQ Recorder, XBT Test Canister, and BT-SV-CTD Test Device are sub-systems of the LMS ExpendableProbe Launcher System, which is also a sub-system of the Physical Oceanography (PHYSO) System.The Government may cancel this solicitation at any time prior to award.
