This Synopsis is issued for this Total Small Business Set-Aside, solicitation that will be issued under PR number 1000137590 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). ONLY OFFERS FROM SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS WILL BE CONSIDERED NSN: 5995-01-394-7038; B-B PHN AND DISTANCE; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM; HIGHER LEVEL QUALITY IS REQUIRED NAICS 334419 EXPORT-CONTROL APPLIES AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE; OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.
