Amendment_0003_Provide last question and answer Amendment_0002_Extend SIR closing date to 7/13/21 at 15:30EST Amendment_0001_ The purpose of the Amendment 0001 are the following: 1) Provide questions and answers 2) Provide the Past Performance Data Form 3) Provide updated Attachment A-Pricing Spreadsheet 4) Provide updated Statement of Work (SOW) Visual Guidance 692M15-21-R-00019 This requirement is for non-personal support services contract to provide project management, engineering, and technical support of all the visual guidance research program areas, and other research topics related to airport visual guidance, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in Section C. The Contractor must provide, by issued Task Orders (TOs), all management, supervision, labor, facilities, and materials necessary to perform support services on an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 Engineering Services and the size standard is $16.5 million. This competitive procurement will be a Small Business Set-Aside utilizing Best Value Trade-Off procedures. The FAA will award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Time and Material (T&M) contract with a period of performance not to exceed 48 months (4 years). The resultant contract will have a one-year base year and three (3) one-year ordering periods. They will be answered in an Amendment to the SIR if deemed necessary for all interested parties to consider. Otherwise, an email response would be initiated to the party submitting the inquiry.
