This program aims to consolidate legacy LOGCAP, Army Pre-Positioned Stock (APS), and Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) programs into a unified global logistics enterprise in alignment with the National Security Strategy and Army Transformation Initiatives. The primary purpose of this RFI is to obtain industry feedback on the Draft LOGCAP VI Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Draft Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO) Matrix.
