RFQ Description Notice Network Contracting Office 02, has posted Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24223Q0017 for one (1) Full time Equivalent (FTE), 2,080 hours including on-call services for Interventional Radiologist to perform on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange VAMC. Contracting has been approved to solicit full and open unrestrictive in the open market using Far Part 12 and 13. The government intends to award to IDIQ, fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. On-call hours will be during all hours when the VAMC Clinic is closed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The contractor will be required to have at a minimum of four (4) IR Physicians credentialed and privileged for the duration of the contract and live within the geographical location from East Orange VAMC in order to meet the need of any IR emergencies call back time within sixty minutes. The estimated total period of performance is July 01, 2023 (or date of award) through June 30, 2028. The period of Performance is one base period, with four (4) one (1) option periods if offered at the discretion of the Government. The contractor agrees to provide non-personal Healthcare Resources in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, to furnish at the Department of Veterans Affairs, East Orange VA Medical Center.
