SUBJECT: Award Announcement RFQ 36C26218Q9475: to provide Onsite, Board-certified Family Practice and Internal Medicine Physician services at the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS). FINDINGS: Six (6) offers were received. Each offer was evaluated against the criteria published in the solicitation. As stated in FAR clause 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, of RFQ 36C26218Q9475 (pgs. 97-99) of the solicitation, non-priced factors were more important than price and the Government may make contract award to other than the lowest-priced offeror. CONCLUSION: Vet-Biz verified SDVOSB Offerors, Watanabe Enterprises, LLC.; Posterity Group, LLC.; America First Staffing, LLC.; Ansible Government Solutions, LLC.; Vysnova Partners, Inc., and; A-Team Solutions, LLC. submitted the most highly-rated proposals at a fair and reasonable price. The proposal was impartially evaluated by the Technical Evaluation Board and represents the best value to the Government, all evaluation factors considered. SDVOSB Offerors, Watanabe Enterprises, LLC.; Posterity Group, LLC.; America First Staffing, LLC.; Ansible Government Solutions, LLC.; Vysnova Partners, Inc., and; A-Team Solutions, LLC., shall be awarded a Base, plus four (4) year, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Onsite-board certified Family Practice and Internal Medicine Physician services at VASDHS Inpatient Units.
