Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received on this solicitation. Please see Amendment 0001(36C24222R0100 0001) for questions submitted and the responses to those questions. A revised D.1 SCHEDULE OF ITEMS is also included. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document with associated attachments is provided. This solicitation is issued as an RFP. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 05/26/2022. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6835. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2 (James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 W.
