The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Reagents Kits (Name Brand Name Only) to run the BioFire Filmarray Platforms. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W91YTZ-18-Q-0009 is a request for quotation (RFQ). Period of Performance is 15 May 2018 through 14 May 2023. This is a restricted procurement. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515 and the NAICS Code is 325413. All proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis/solicitation will be considered by the Government.
