This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to procure Triangular and Cylindrical Fender Separators, DDG Ship Separators, and related Contract Support Services for Mooring Equipment. Specific specifications for the required supplies and the statement of work for the required services will be included in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP will be available to download from FEDBIZZOPPS or NECO.Navy.mil on or after 21 January 2013. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the Solicitation. The RFP will be available electronically no hard copies will be sent. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
