Subscriber Radio Program

February25. 2019- Amendment 01 The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of Acquisition Management, Worldwide Division, Functional Bureau Support Branch (AQM/WWD/FBSB) is issuing this amendment # A001 to RFP # 19AQMM19R0080, which was issued for the Subscriber Radio Program. The purpose of the amendment is to clarify the requirements. Accordingly, the following changes were made: 1. The Statement of Objectives is updated on Page 7 to read "PC programming software operates on Microsoft Windows XP or later Operating System (OS). It originally stated - PC programming software operates on Microsoft Windows XP and later Operating System (OS). 2. Provision L-002, page 48 of the RFP was updated to read "3. VPAT Files -VPAT files - The Offeror shall provide VPAT documents that demonstrate the proposed equipment's compliance with Section 508". It previously stated, "VPAT and GPAT files - The Offeror shall provide VPAT documents that demonstrate the proposed equipment's compliance with Section 508". 3. Corrected typographical error in the e-mail address of Attachment 3 - Past Performance Questionnaire 4. The attached file 19AQMM19R0080-Amendment 1-Questions and Responses contains all questions and responses submitted prior to the question submission due date (February 14, 2019 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time). 5. The response to Question 8 of the attached file - 19AQMM19R0080-Amendment 1-Questions and Responses reiterates that Offerors must have their past performance contacts complete new/updated questionnaires in support of their proposal submissions. 6. Extends the due date to Monday, March 4, 2019 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time 7. All other provisions, terms, and conditions remain unchanged. The updated Statement of Objectives (SOO) and the Questions and Answers (Q&A) are provided with this amendment. The proposal due date and time remains is extended to, Monday March 4, 2019, 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time.
