4 protective mask tool-kits

NASA is procuring four protective mask tool-kits to support Decompression Sickness research for Artemis missions. This procurement is a small business set-aside managed by the NASA Shared Services Center. The requirement specifies toolkits compatible with Phantom + brand masks, to be delivered to the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. While the agency initially issued a notice of intent to sole source the requirement to ECI Defense Group, Inc., the current solicitation allows for competitive quotes under a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation methodology. Each kit must contain eleven specific tools, including specialized non-COTS items such as retaining ring and exhalation valve tools. Hardware delivery is required by August 18, 2027. The solicitation includes a Request for Quotation and an updated Statement of Work for eleven specific tools per kit.
