The Department of Defense, USTRANSCOM-AQ, issued solicitation HTC711-25-R-E126 for stevedoring and related terminal services at the Port of Philadelphia. The scope further encompasses cargo staging and preparation, intra-port transfers, vessel preparation, documentation via tallying and checking, and the warehousing or storage of dunnage and tie-down materials. All tasks must be executed according to the Performance Work Statement to ensure safety and efficiency during the movement of military assets.
