Amendment 01 to Original Notice: The purpose of this amendment is to post responses to Offerors' questions received in response to this solicitation. Original Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that shall be released for this requirement. Proposals are being requested in accordance with the attached written solicitation. All correspondence shall reference solicitation number DTOS5916R00015. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. It is the intent of the US Department of Transportation/Office of the Secretary to procure analytical and facilitation services in support of the Office of the Secretary's "Ladders of Opportunity Every Place Counts Design Challenge". The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for these services. The anticipated period of performance for this effort is four (4) months. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 813319 - Other Social Advocacy Organizations and the associated small business size standard is $7.5M. Proposals shall be evaluated on the factors included in the attached solicitation document.
